Once we have taken your booking, our local service engineer will visit on the agreed day and carry our a repair on your product.
If the required parts are available on the engineer's van, these will fitted to complete the repair.
If the parts need ordering these will be ordered within 24 hours.
When the parts come into stock (normally within 48 hours of the order being placed) we will contact you again to arrange to complete the repair.
The completed repair is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. The guarantee only covers the work done and the parts fitted during such repair. Accidental damage, misuse or additional wear and tear due to normal commercial use are all excluded from this guarantee.
We reserve the right not to carry out the repair work if the product or fault are not as described at the time the service request was booked.
